Terms of Service

By creating an account on Bidmetic, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, contact support before signing up.

1. Definitions

Bidmetic refers to the ad network platform operated by us, accessible at bidmetic.com. Publisher means a website owner placing our ad tags on their site. Advertiser means a buyer running campaigns through our platform.

2. Account eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• One account per individual or legal entity. Duplicate accounts are closed.

3. Publisher obligations

• Only place ad tags on sites you own and have submitted for approval.
• Do not modify, wrap, or proxy our ad code.
• Do not click your own ads, ask others to click, or use any incentive based traffic.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or other artificial means to generate impressions or clicks.
• Keep your site compliant with our content policy at all times.
• Comply with applicable laws including consumer protection, privacy, and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.

4. Advertiser obligations

• Submit only creatives that comply with our content policy.
• Ensure landing pages match the creative and do not mislead users.
• Do not promote scams, fake offers, malware, or illegal goods.
• Maintain prepaid balance before campaigns go live. We do not extend post pay credit by default.
• Disclose any required information in creatives (such as risk warnings for financial products).

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are grounds for immediate account suspension without payout:

• Click fraud or impression manipulation
• Bot traffic, traffic from VPNs or proxies sold as real users
• Misrepresenting site ownership
• Running malware, redirects, or trackers on your site
• Attempting to reverse engineer our platform or scrape our reporting
• Any activity that breaches local law

6. Fees and payments

Publishers earn a share of net advertiser spend after platform fees and any third party costs. The exact share is shown in your dashboard. Payments follow our Payment Policy.

Advertisers pay upfront based on the rate model selected (CPM, CPC, or CPA). Unused balance can be withdrawn after deducting any processing fees incurred.

7. Intellectual property

Bidmetic platform, code, design, and trademarks belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them. Your site content remains yours. Advertiser creative remains theirs. We get a limited license to display content as part of running the platform.

8. Termination

Either side can close the account with 7 days notice. We may close an account immediately if there is a serious policy breach, fraud, or legal issue. Outstanding earnings are paid out per the payment policy unless withheld for valid reasons documented in our Payment Terms.

9. Liability

Bidmetic provides the platform as is. We do not guarantee specific earnings, fill rates, or CPMs. Reported figures are based on our records and are final unless successfully disputed within 14 days.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid to or by you in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bidmetic against claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your use of the platform in violation of law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of incorporation. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law gives you a different right.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active accounts at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version.
