Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bidmetic collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We try to keep this short and readable. If anything is unclear, write to privacy@bidmetic.com and we will explain.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Account information you give us when signing up: name, email, payment details, website domains, and any communications you send to support.
• Technical information from ad serving: IP address, user agent, page URL where the ad was served, country (derived from IP), device type, browser, and timestamps. We use this to detect fraud, serve relevant ads, and report performance.

How we use information

• To run our ad network, fill placements with relevant ads, and report performance to publishers and advertisers.
• To process payouts on time and meet financial compliance rules.
• To detect bot traffic, click fraud, and impression manipulation.
• To communicate about your account, billing, and platform changes.
• To improve the platform, fix bugs, and ship new features.

Cookies and tracking

Ads served through Bidmetic may set cookies for frequency capping, conversion tracking, and basic analytics. Publishers using our tags should display a cookie consent notice where required by law (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in California, similar rules elsewhere).

You can manage or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking cookies may reduce ad relevance and revenue for the sites you visit.

Who we share information with

• Advertisers and demand partners receive aggregated impression data so they can value the inventory and pay for what they buy.
• Payment processors receive the payout details they need (card number, wallet address, or bank info) to release the funds.
• Service providers like our cloud host and fraud detection vendors process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Authorities if we receive a valid legal order, we comply with it and notify the affected user where law allows.

We do not sell personal data to brokers or list buyers.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After closure, we hold financial records for 7 years for tax compliance. Other data is deleted within 90 days unless we need it for fraud prevention or legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request a portable copy of your data

Email privacy@bidmetic.com from your registered address. We verify identity and respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry standard practices to protect your data. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Card and bank details are tokenized through a PCI compliant processor. Access to production data is logged and limited to staff who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach happens that affects your data, we notify you within 72 hours of confirming the issue.

Children

Bidmetic is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly accept accounts or collect data from minors. If we learn we have data from a minor, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change or new laws apply. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
