Payment Terms

Standard terms applicable to publisher and advertiser accounts.

Currency

All amounts shown in your dashboard and invoices are stated in US Dollars (USD). When you receive payment in another currency such as USDT, BTC, ETH, EUR, or local currency, the conversion uses the spot rate on the day the payment is released. The rate source is published in your payment confirmation.

Invoice generation

An invoice is generated automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month earnings. You can download the invoice from your Publisher Dashboard at any time once it is generated. Each invoice includes:

Verification

For payouts above $500, our compliance team may request additional verification documents. This is standard practice for cross border financial transactions and helps us comply with anti money laundering rules. Documents we may ask for include:

Holds and reserves

In some cases a portion of your earnings may be held in reserve for up to 90 days. We do this when:

Reserves are released once the related dispute or review closes. You can see active reserves inside your dashboard payments tab.

Failed payments

If a payment fails because of incorrect details (wrong wallet, closed bank account, blocked card), we will email you and ask for updated details. Funds are not lost. They return to your balance and we re try once you confirm new details.

If we cannot reach you for 60 days after a failed payment, the funds remain in your balance and continue to be available whenever you log back in.

Account closure

If you decide to close your account, any unpaid balance above the relevant minimum is paid out within 30 days using the method on file. Balances below the minimum are forfeited after 12 months of inactivity, in line with most ad network industry practice.
